Capabilities
Defective materials or workmanship that get to a customer are expensive to fix or replace. They are a serious inconvenience to both the customer and Chancellor. We dislike them with a passion and work tirelessly to eliminate them in their entirety. Chancellor continually conducts quality control testing and if we fail we want to know about it so we won’t make a habit of it. The photos show some of these testing procedures.
In addition, our chairs are tested by independent test laboratories and pass the following procedures:
